Bread dumplings

A plate of delicious bread dumplings evokes a homely atmosphere and the scent of the kitchens of our Grandmothers. They are made from cubes of partially dried bread rolls with the addition of spices and other ingredients. They complement many main dishes perfectly.

15-20 minutes

Toss the frozen dumplings into lightly salted boiling water, stir and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain the cooked dumplings and serve them as a side dish of vegetable or meat meals.
