Homemade rolls

The rolls are made with potato dough and formed into a distinctive shape the way our grandmothers used to prepare them. You can prepare them as an exquisite main dish with a sauce or serve them as a side dish.

Weight: 400g and 1,000g

5-6 minutes

7-9 minutes

Toss the frozen rolls into salted boiling water and simmer for 7-9 minutes. Immediately drain the cooked rolls. Lard them and serve them as a side or main dish. You can also fry them in a fryer or a pan until golden-yellow.

Did you know?

It is best to cook the rolls in water inside a covered pot until they float up to the surface. The steam makes them tender whereby they grow bigger.
