Mini rolls

Mini rolls are prepared with potato dough and formed into smaller rolls than usual. The young ones will love them.

Preparation

180°C 4-5 minutes

6-7 minutes

Toss the frozen rolls into salted boiling water and simmer for 6-7 minutes. Immediately drain the cooked rolls. Lard them and serve them as a side or main dish. You can also fry them in a fryer or a pan until golden-yellow.

Did you know?

You can serve the rolls with sauce just like pasta - sprinkled with grated parmesan or zbrinc cheese.
