Potato croquettes

The potato croquettes are made of potato dough, rolled in breadcrumbs and ready for frying. You can serve them as a meat side dish, especially with roast meat. Children adore them and therefore they will also be very popular at birthday parties.

Weight: 400g and 1,000g

Preparation

180°C 5-6 minutes

Fry the frozen croquettes in hot oil for 5 to 6 minutes until golden-yellow.
