Protein patties

The patties are made from 4 types of legumes: buckwheat, chickpeas, broad beans, and lentils, so they can boast a high protein content. You can treat yourself with them instead of with meat, and they will also captivate the vegetarians.

Baking: Place the frozen patties on a baking tray and bake them in the oven without added fat for 12–14 minutes at 200°C, turn them over once during baking. Frying: You can also fry patties from frozen in a deep fat fryer for 3 to 4 minutes at 180°C or in a frying pan for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. The patties are also suitable for grilling.
