Protein rolls

Protein rolls are a novelty in the frozen segment, which will delight all fans of the protein diet. They are high in protein and are therefore suitable for athletes and recreational athletes alike. We make them as a great stand-alone meal with sauce or as a side dish.

7–9 minutes

Toss the frozen rolls into salted boiling water and simmer for 7-9 minutes. Immediately drain the cooked rolls. Lard them and serve them as a side or main dish. You can also fry them in a fryer or a pan until golden-yellow.
