Rolled dumplings with tarragon and curd cheese

Rolled dumplings are richly filled with curd cheese and tarragon. We can enjoy them as a salty side dish, a one-course meal or serve them sweetened as a dessert. We cook them simply – in a pot without a cloth. They are also excellent prepared in the oven.

Cooking: place the frozen rolled dumplings in lightly salted boiling water. Simmer them for 20 to 25 minutes, so that they do not overcook. When they are cooked, immediately strain them, dress them, and serve. Baking: place the frozen dumplings on a greased baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180°C. Before baking, you can pour sweet cream and sugar over them.
