Spelt dumplings with apricot filling

Dumplings made of potato dough, spelt and cottage cheese, stuffed with a popular apricot filling have been prepared especially for you. Their simple and quick preparation makes the dumplings a nutritious and tasty main dish or dessert.

Toss the frozen dumplings into lightly salted boiling water, stir and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain the cooked dumplings. Lard them with bread crumbs fried in butter and sprinkle with sugar.
