Spelt rolls

We have made rolls from potato dough with popular 100% spelt flour. You can enjoy them as a meal with your favourite sauce or serve them as a side dish.

Preparation

180°C
5–6 minutes

7–9 minutes

Toss the frozen rolls into salted boiling water and simmer for 7-9 minutes. Immediately drain the cooked rolls. Lard them and serve them as a side or main dish. You can also fry them in a fryer or a pan until golden-yellow.

Did you know?

Spelt is known to be more imperishable, insensitive and naturally resistant to pests compared to wheat. Its grains also remain in the chaff after the harvest and are thus protected from insects and pollution.
